Kassanda District Local Government invites potential and eligible firms/individuals to be pre-qualified for provision of Works, Supplies and Services under category A, B, C and provision of supplies and services under framework contracts. for category D.

• Computer supplies and repair
• Institutional furniture and fittings
• Agricultural inputs and implements
• Motorcycles
• Solar systems
• Sports and other co-curricular items

Services
• Motorcycle repair
• Motor vehicle repair and Servicing
• Repair of heavy road construction equipment
• Engraving of Items

Procurements under framework contracts
Fuel, lubricants and batteries and other related items
• Medical consumables and sundries 3. Supply of meals, tents, chairs and Public Address system
• Supply of construction materials
• Supply of gravel material
• Hire of road construction equipment Supply of general stationery, toner and secretarial services
• Supply of tyre & Tubes for Motor vehicle, Motorcycles and Road Equipment
• Supply and installation of concrete culverts and sign posts.

NB, the entity previously received sealed bids for prequalification for supplies, works and Services on 19th June 2024, due to un foreseen circumstances; an addendum is made and the bidders submitted need not apply again.

Bidding to be conducted as per Open domestic bidding procedures contained in the PPDA Act, 2003 (as amended) and LG PPDA Regulations 2006.

The Bid documents are obtainable from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the District Headquarters upon payment of non- Refundable fee of Ugx: 100,000/= through IRAS or to Kassanda District General Fund A/C No. 3100056273 Centenary Bank Branch. (1014578723 TIN)

Complete and sealed bids shall be delivered to: The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit P.O. Box 196 Mityana on or before 11:00hr on the 30-07-2024. Shortly after which time they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.

Late bids/submission shall be rejected. Kassanda District is not bound to accept the lowest, highest or any bid.
