2ND ADDENDUM TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENT FOR PROVISION OF SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE OF ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM (ERP)
Reference is made to the advert for the 1st addendum that appeared on 3rd February 2026 in the Daily Monitor newspaper for extension of bid closing date from Friday 30th January 2026 to 27th February 2026.
This is to inform all interested bidders that the bid closing date has been further extended from Friday 27th February 2026 to Friday 13th March 2026 as per the revised procurement schedule below;
