REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Well-presented, polite, and welcoming.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Welcome and serve guests professionally.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent service.
• Ensure food and beverages are served on time and according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of dining areas.
• Handle customer requests and concerns politely.
• Set up tables and ensure the café environment remains welcoming.
• Work closely with the kitchen and café team for smooth operations.
• Support stock checks and report any shortages or issues.
