BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

Subject of Procurement: Procurement of Two (02) Mini-Vans.
Procurement Reference Number: BAMA/SUPLS/2026/00075.

1.  Babies and Mothers Alive (BAMA) Foundation has allocated funds for the procurement of Two (02) Mini Vans to support  project implementation, field supervision, stakeholder engagement, and transportation of staff across its areas of operation.

2. BAMA Foundation now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified vehicle suppliers for the supply and delivery of Two (02) high-quality Mini vans in accordance with the requirements specified in the bidding document.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents and further information by submitting a formal request through email: procurement.bamafoundation@gmail.com.

4. Bids shall be submitted electronically in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding document.

5. The deadline for bid submission shall be 24th July 2026 before 5:00 PM EAT. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
