JOB DETAILS:

Overall Job Summary:
To ensure  recruitment, sales, and portfolio quality targets are consistently achieved, while guiding field engagement activities in marketing and collections to drive sustainable growth and client satisfaction.

Key duties/responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise regional operations to achieve sales, recruitment and portfolio quality targets.
• Drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and field engagement initiatives to grow the regional business.
• Ensure high portfolio quality through effective credit risk management, loan monitoring, and collections oversight.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to regional teams, fostering a high performance culture.
• Oversee the end-to-end credit process, ensuring compliance with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews, identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor regional performance against key business indicators, preparing reports and recommending strategies for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders while driving process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within a financial institution.
• A professional qualification in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
