Our team is looking for a relationship-driven Telecom Key Account Manager to take ownership of a major mobile network operator (MNO) portfolio in Uganda. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex network infrastructure solutions and carrier stakeholders, steering end-to-end project operations, commercial negotiations, and long-term account growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day engagement with mid-level technical, procurement and operational stakeholders within a major carrier account
• Ensuring deep alignment on network capacity and infrastructure requirements
• Lead end-to-end project operations as a core team member
• Collaborating with technical delivery teams to ensure major network rollout and service objectives are met seamlessly
• Drive commercial transactions
• Actively participate in high-value account negotiations
• Refine contract clauses
• Resolve operational delivery disputes
• Translate complex network, IT and telecommunications solution value propositions into clear, business-driven outcomes for the operator

What We Are Looking For?

• Around 4 years of dedicated account management or sales operations experience specifically within the telecom carrier or network vendor sector.
• Solid baseline knowledge of mobile network architecture, communications technologies, or ICT infrastructure solutions.
• Proven experience handling large-scale commercial contracts, transactional negotiations, and complex project delivery workflows.
• Strong local market context and a deep understanding of navigating corporate mobile network operator structures in Uganda.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and deliver simple, effective answers to complex carrier demands.
