JOB DETAILS:

Lisa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a qualified and dedicated Dispenser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about healthcare and committed to our mission of "Family Health Guaranteed."

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.
• Provide professional advice to patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, and potential drug interactions.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Maintain accurate dispensing records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing pharmacy operations and patient safety.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmacy, Clinical Medicine, or Nursing.
• Must be residing around Kampala.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
