The Quality Assurance Assistant supports the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the university's quality assurance system. The role ensures compliance with NCHE requirements and institutional policies by coordinating quality assurance activities, collecting and analysing quality assurance data, maintaining quality assurance documentation, and supporting the implementation of quality improvement initiatives across academic and administrative units.
