Job Summary:

Sarovar Hotels is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and customer-focused Spa Manager to lead and manage spa operations at our Kampala location. The successful candidate will oversee daily spa activities, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure the highest standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facilities.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of therapists and support staff.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic promotions and upselling.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of spa products and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain and optimize the spa booking system and appointment schedules.
• Develop and implement service standards to enhance guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce new treatments and services.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in sales, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, hygiene standards, and booking systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
