Background

Regenerate Africa, with the Uganda Biodiversity Fund and Nature Uganda, is implementing an IKI-funded project to strengthen biodiversity conservation and community resilience in the Sango Bay and Lake Nabugabo Ramsar Sites helping wetland-dependent communities build viable, nature-based livelihoods.

Qualifications or requirements

• 1 Digital skills
• Basic computer literacy, with hands-on experience using smartphone-based data collection tools such as ODK
• 2 Data collection experience
• Prior experience in data collection, particularly household survey administration or enumeration Aminimum qualification of a diploma in a relavant field with computer proficiency
• 3 Location
• Priority given to applicants residing in or from Kyotera or Masaka; applicants from other regions need not apply
• 4 Language
• Fluency in Luganda, the local language of Kyotera and Masaka, is required
