Job Purpose
This is an entrepreneurial sales role designed for self-starters. As a Growth Executive in Uganda, you will drive the local adoption of Lemonade’s payment solutions, build your own customer portfolio from the ground up, and earn a recurring commission based directly on the transaction volume and value you bring to the platform.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
- Is highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Enjoys meeting new people and networking.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Is comfortable using smartphones and digital applications.
- Has previous experience in sales, business development or customer service (preferred but not required).
