JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

The Shop Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and supporting daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their purchases and inquiries.
• Arrange and display merchandise on shelves.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with receiving and checking incoming stock.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Honest, disciplined, and hardworking individual.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant qualifications in  Sales, Marketing, or a related field are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
