DISPOSAL OF MOTOR CYCLES, IT EQUIPMENTS AND OTHER ASSORTED ITEMS BY PUBLIC AUCTION

Upon instructions from our client, Restless Development Uganda, we shall proceed to dispose off Motor Cycles, IT Equipments, and other assorted items by public auction on 24th July 2026.

Terms of Sale

1. Interested Bidders may inspect the Items on Plot 194 Kigobe/ Kyambogo Road, Ntinda Kampala from Wednesday 15th July 2026 to Thursday 23rd July 2026 from 9:00am to 2:00pm on working days (Monday- Friday).
2. All successful bidders must pay 50% of the bid price (nonrefundable) at the fall of the hammer to the given account and the balance to be paid within 5 working days. Failure of which the deposit shall be forfeited.
3. The auctioneer reserves the right to resale the asset in case the initial bidder fails to deposit 50% within one hour from the fall of the hammer.

5. Date/Time of sale- Friday 24th July 2026 at 10:00Am.
6. All items sold on “As is, where is basis”.

8. The Auction shall be conducted by Armstrong Limited and we reserve the right to change the terms of the Auction.
