Novel BioTech is hiring a motivated, honest, and energetic Shop Attendant (3) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process sales and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Arrange and display merchandise neatly.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and attractive.
• Promote products and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE/A’ Level) or a Certificate in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
