Description

Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting a B2B Sales Executive for a client in the telecommunications sector. The role is responsible for identifying and onboarding B2B commercial customers and retention, achieving sales targets, growing revenue, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business customers within assigned territories.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert prospects into active customers.
- Achieve assigned sales, activation, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key business accounts to drive customer retention and growth.
- Conduct regular customer engagements to ensure satisfaction, address needs, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable market intelligence.
- Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate the timely escalation of issues to relevant departments.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Support and participate in sales campaigns, activations, promotions, and other business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Acquisition.
- Experience from Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications or Internet Service Providers (ISPs) is required.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
