On behalf of SPIRO, we are looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Creative Designer to work in Kampala.

Job purpose:
To deliver high-quality visual assets across digital, print and corporate communications while leveraging AI tools to increase creative quality, speed and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design static creatives for social media, campaigns and digital platforms.
• Develop motion graphics and simple animations for digital channels.
• Design corporate documents including proposals, reports, presentations and company profiles.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and creative executions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, design development, image creation, presentation design and content production.
• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and consistently deliver within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and commercial teams to support business objectives.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong graphic design, layout and typography skills.
• Motion graphics and animation capability.
• Strong document and presentation design expertise.
• AI-fluent with hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI and other emerging creative technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong project and time management skills.
