Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala. This role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting business planning and advertising services, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The representative will support marketing campaigns, promote services through various channels, and maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions. Daily responsibilities include providing responsive customer service, conducting product and service demonstrations, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with the team to refine sales and marketing strategies. The role also includes training clients on available solutions and participating in events or workshops that enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Experience delivering Training related to products, services, or business development topics.
• Basic understanding of business planning, advertising, and business development concepts.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
• Proficiency with common office and digital tools (e.g., email, presentations, spreadsheets, social media).
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
