We are recruiting an experienced Sales Department Manager, preferably Indian or Pakistani nationality. The manager will be fully responsible for the overall operation, team management and performance growth of the company’s sales department, focusing on bathroom product sales including bathtubs and wash basins.

Job descriptions & requirements
- Take full charge of the sales department’s daily management, formulate sales plans, arrange teamwork, and supervise daily sales operations.
- Lead, manage, and train the sales team, motivate team members, optimize team working status, and drive the overall development and growth of the sales team.
- Be fully accountable for the department’s sales performance, complete the company's annual and monthly sales targets, and formulate effective sales promotion strategies.
- Oversee the whole sales process of bathroom products (bathtubs, wash basins, and other sanitary ware), including customer development, business negotiation, order follow-up, and after-sales management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, adjust sales strategies promptly, expand market channels, and improve team sales volume and customer repurchase rate.
- Regularly summarize sales data, report department operation status and performance progress to the company, and solve teamwork problems promptly.
