Application forms filled in triplicate on Public Service Form No. 3 (Revised 2008) and ESC Form No. 3 (Revised 1998) for Teachers, with day time phone contact should be submitted to the
Secretary,

Ntungamo District Local Government
P.O. Box 1 Ntungamo, not later than Wednesday July 22, 2026 stating clearly the post applied for and its reference number.
Application forms can be obtained from Secretaries of District Service Commissions, Offices of Chief Administrative Officers, and Town Clerks for Municipal Councils and Public Service Commission.
Certified copies of academic documents (Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates, Transcripts, Result Slips/Pass Slips,) from all the Universities/Institutions/Colleges/Schools attended NINs, Registration Certificates and Annual Practicing Licenses where applicable and any other supporting documents with 3 recent passport size photographs MUST be attached on the application forms.
Those that will be invited for interviews must come with all Original Certified Academic and professional/Employment documents, (Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates, Transcripts, Result Slips/Pass Slips,) from all the Universities/Institutions/Colleges/Schools/Entities attended/worked for and original National Identification Numbers (NINs).
