Jeko Build is seeking ambitious, results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our Construction & Real Estate Management Platform to construction companies, contractors, engineering firms, property developers, real estate companies, and related businesses.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking meetings, and conferences.

Sales & Business Development

  • Present and demonstrate Jeko Build to prospective clients.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos both online and onsite.
  • Explain platform features, benefits, and pricing plans.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate market insights to management.
  • Support client onboarding after successful sales.

Account Management

  • Follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records within the CRM.
  • Track customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging trends in construction and real estate technology.
  • Recommend new market opportunities.

Job RequirementsEducation

Bachelor's Degree in:

Or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, ERP systems, construction solutions, or real estate solutions is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with construction companies or property developers is highly desirable.

Knowledge

  • Understanding of construction industry operations.
  • Understanding of real estate development and property management processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Basic understanding of cloud-based software solutions.

  • Have experience selling business software or enterprise solutions.
  • Are comfortable conducting both physical and virtual product demonstrations.
