Job Summary: The Simba Group, a partner of VAS Global Services, is seeking a Security Manager to support Visa Application Centre (VAC) operations. The Security Manager will be responsible for maintaining physical and data security, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and protecting applicants, staff, passports, and company assets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Security & Risk Management – Implement and monitor security controls across VAC operations.
• Incident Management – Handle investigations, security incidents, and risk reporting.
• Compliance & Audit – Ensure compliance with embassy, data privacy, and security standards.
• Security Monitoring – Oversee CCTV, access controls, and restricted areas to prevent security breaches.
• Training & Awareness – Conduct security training and promote a strong security culture.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Education:

• Minimum: Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, IT Security, or Risk Management.

Experience:

• 5–8 years in security, compliance, or risk management
• Experience in high-security or regulated environments preferred
• Knowledge of audit, compliance, and security procedures
