Tulima Solar (U) Company Limited is focused on creating solar-powered products that have a direct and significant impact on productivity. We identified how to deliver clean-energy powered equipment to off-grid communities, and also how to deliver these products so that they are affordable to smallholder agribusinesses.

Job Summary: The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and developing strategic partnerships to expand market reach. The role oversees sales pipeline management, customer segmentation, partner engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and service delivery. It also involves developing sales strategies, generating market insights, managing key partner accounts, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting the training and development of sales teams to ensure sustainable business growth.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience;
  • Led a sales organization of 3+ sales staff;
  • Developed incentive structures, policies, and sales practices;
  • Managed independent, 3rd party sales channels and partnerships;
  • Worked in sales for premium clients, selling large systems/Equipment
  • Strong metrics-based approach to evaluation and planning.
  • Strong mentor and coach – enjoys developing talent.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
  • Fluent in English.
