Opportunity

We are looking for Client Referral Partners who can connect us with businesses or organizations that may need digital or technology solutions.

This is not a traditional employment role. There are no fixed working hours, daily tasks, or office requirements. Your primary responsibility is introducing potential clients to iScarlet.

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based.

- If at least one client you refer becomes a paying client during a month, you receive UGX 200,000 for that month.

- If two or more of your referrals become paying clients in the same month, you receive:

— UGX 200,000 base payment, plus

— 10% commission on every client after the first one.

Example

If in one month:

• Client 1 signs a project → You earn UGX 200,000.
• Client 2 signs a UGX 4,000,000 project → You earn an additional UGX 400,000.
• Client 3 signs a UGX 3,000,000 project → You earn an additional UGX 300,000.

Total earnings: UGX 900,000.

How It Works

1. Identify a business or organization that is interested in digital solutions.

2. Introduce them to iScarlet.

3. Our team handles consultations, proposals, and project delivery.

4. Once referred clients become paying clients, compensation is calculated according to the structure above.

Requirements
