Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff member, based in Kampala. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and staying informed about market trends and competitors. The role also involves maintaining customer records and managing post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and foster loyalty.

• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Proficiency in record-keeping and CRM tools
• Target-driven mindset with effective time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic work environment
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm for sales, and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in the local market of Kampala is a plus
