Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Kampala. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with new clients, and maintaining strong ties with existing clients. Core tasks include crafting and pitching sales presentations, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the internal team to refine sales strategies. The role requires consistent reporting and tracking of sales performance to achieve business goals.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
