Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations to close deals.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or territories.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Identify and pursue partnership and collaboration opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals to offer tailored solutions.

 

Sales Operations & Reporting:

 

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3 To 5 years of experience in Business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry-specific knowledge or experience (Telcom, Infrastructure, fiber, solar, energy solutions, renewable energy) is a must.
  • Existing network of contacts in relevant sectors.
