JOB DETAILS:

Biotech Supplies Uganda Limited is looking for a driven and passionate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, prospect and develop new customers.
• Promote and sell company products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Provide product information, demonstrations, and technical support.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.

REQUIREMENTS
• A bachelor's degree and diploma
• 1-2years' experience in sales, preferably in the medical supplies or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
