Established in 2009, the firm operates in the electronics, security, logistics, and BPO sectors, focusing on trading, distribution, and finance operations.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee a 4-month building renovation and maintenance project.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Strong ability to read and interpret construction, electrical, and plumbing drawings
• Hands-on experience in building renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance works
• Expertise in waterproofing systems, leak detection, and remedial repairs (mandatory)
• Knowledge of construction materials, quality control, and site supervision
• Ability to manage projects independently from planning to final handover
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and local building practices
• The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing residential, dormitory, apartment, or similar renovation projects and be capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
