KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales growth and achieve set targets for Lifeline packaged drinking water and related products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Ensure timely order processing, delivery and follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback to help improve products and sales strategies.
• Ensure effective merchandising and visibility of Lifeline products in the market.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in MCG (biscuits, confectionery or similar products).
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve set targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Valid driver's licence.
