Background

Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting a B2B Sales Executive for a client in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans for fleet tracking, fuel management, and IoT solutions.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Identify, approach, and pitch solutions to high-value enterprise clients across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain an accurate, transparent, and results-driven sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed regional sales performance goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management, business development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements, and provide data-driven reports and insights to management.
  • Travel to different countries as required to support business development and client engagement activities.

 

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A CIM qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong industry background in Software, Payments and Fintech.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully close high-value business deals.
  • Strong understanding of the software and technology ecosystem.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Must possess a valid passport and a valid driving permit is an added advantage.
