1. Summary of the Opportunity

  • Objective: Nina Interiors is seeking to create a shortlist of pre-approved providers. Once shortlisted, companies will be invited to submit bids for specific contracts during the 2026-2029 period.

  • Who Can Apply: All eligible companies that can provide the works, services, or supplies listed in Section 5.

  • Cost of Application: Bid can be purchased at a fee of UGX 100,000 by method of bank deposit on Nina Interiors Limited. Account No: 01073500159773 DFCU Bank as a commitment to the process. Applicants will bear all costs associated with preparing and submitting their application.

  • Dates to Note:

    • Call for application: 14th May 2026

    • Deadline of submission: 8th June 2026
