Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies to achieve year-over-year growth in active agency manpower.
- Achieve set recruitment targets for the Banca force (focusing on recruitment of 80% category ideal FSCs)
- Improve quality of recruitment of FSCs Responsible for carrying out BOPs.
- Conduct the new FSC onboarding training (Pru Power Sprint)
- Be proactive in managing high turnover rate of FSCs by identifying risk areas and proposing measures to attract and retain them.
Training
- Ensure timely and effective training to sales staff on both new and existing products.
- To develop new product training related materials and fully responsible for the training materials enhancements for existing products propositions and features, in adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- The development and implementation of a structured training program in the Bancassurance Unit, spanning across to Business Partners in support of sales objectives. The program covers:
- Induction / on-boarding such as products and propositions, sales processes, insurance technical aspects, regulations and compliance, etc.
- Continuous sales training programs such as sales scripts, objection handling, role play, etc.
- Enhancement programs for the intermediate and advance levels, such as motivational talk, seminars, sales clinics and workshops.
- Ensure strict compliance to regulatory requirements in relation to continuous professional development programs and licensing of sales individuals. This includes training needs for COP, CIU or DIU.
- To develop a training and development curriculum ensuring that training programs support the changing needs of the business and address new initiatives.
- Ensure assessment and evaluation mechanisms are in place to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs/materials.
- This also includes sourcing of good external trainers and sourcing of training materials from external sources, where applicable, to complete the training and development curriculum.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
Reporting
- Provision of a weekly accurate reporting on all FSC recruitment and Training activities.

- Perform any other duties as may be required by management
