Background

Feasts Consultants is assembling a multi-disciplinary team of Associates to support the design and implementation of an Agrotourism Development Program. We are seeking experienced, highly motivated professionals to contribute to a national flagship initiative that integrates agriculture, tourism, investment, and rural transformation.

This is a consultancy-based, project-driven engagement with opportunities for long-term collaboration.

Technical Areas

We are recruiting Associates across the following technical areas:

• Tourism product development
• Destination planning
• Visitor experience design
• Tour packaging and itinerary development
• Agrotourism site master planning
• Landscape design
• Eco-tourism infrastructure
• Tourism marketing
• Digital platforms & booking systems
• Content development and storytelling
• Hospitality training

Key Skills & Competencies Required

Successful Associates should demonstrate:

• Strong technical expertise in relevant field
• Proven consulting or project experience
• Experience working with government or development programs
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in Uganda or similar markets (preferred)
• Results-oriented with strong delivery focus
