DA BITE JUNCTION GRILL / RESTAURANT & BAR located in kyanja is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our growing team. We are a vibrant dining destination focused on delivering high-quality meals and a memorable customer experience, with a strong emphasis on local Ugandan cuisine and à la carte offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of local dishes and à la carte meals
• Handle grilling, frying, and soup preparation
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Support kitchen organization and inventory management

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience preparing local Ugandan dishes, grilled items, and soups
• Prior experience in a restaurant or professional kitchen is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and passion for quality cooking
