ROLE PURPOSE

Drive platform growth by recruiting vendors, onboarding users, and promoting the Afriven marketplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Vendor Recruitment
• Recruit suppliers of seeds, fertilizers, feeds, pesticides, and equipment.
• User Acquisition
• Onboard farmers and buyers onto the platform.
• Market Promotion on all socials
• Conduct field visits, promotions, and digital campaigns.
• Institutional Partnerships
• Identify schools, hospitals, hotels, and processors as clients.
• Customer Support
• Assist vendors and users and report feedback.

PERFORMANCE TARGETS

• Contribute toward:
• 1,000 vendors
• 1,000 platform users
• 50 institutional buyers
