Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a Process Technologist (sometimes known as a Process Development Technologist), you’ll be the link between the product development kitchen and the production line, with responsibility for making sure that new products make a smooth transition from trial and testing stages to full production.
• Design, optimize and develop new manufacturing processes, conduct trials and experiments to validate process parameters.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering team to transition new products from development to commercial production, including product formulation assessment and review.
• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement, implement process improvement to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, implement quality control measures to monitor product quality.
• Investigate and resolve process-related issues, develop and implement corrective actions and support maintenance and production team.
• Develop and maintain new product development and process documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations and good manufacturing practices.
• Provide training to production teams on new processes and equipment serves as a technical resource and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensuring that new and existing processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards
• Work closely with supply chain department to assess the materials quality in the store and availability.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in cosmetology / chemistry/ food technology/ industrial engineer.
• Strong background in process design and process optimization.
• The candidate should have 5–10-year experience in manufacturing and quality control.

Critical Skills Required

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Technical aptitude and ability to use sophisticated equipment and software for monitoring and control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations within the specific industry
