ABOUT SKENYA MOTORS UGANDA LTD

Skenya Motors Uganda Ltd is an authorized dealer and service provider for Scania vehicles and equipment. The company is dedicated to delivering dependable transport solutions, premium vehicle service, and excellent customer care across Uganda’s commercial transport sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
• Review, approve, and adjust credit limits in accordance with company policies
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable, credit exposure, and collections
• Follow up on overdue accounts and handle debt recovery processes
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve credit issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
• Ensure compliance with internal credit control procedures and financial regulations
• Support internal audits related to receivables and credit management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit control, accounting, or finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
