Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Business Planning
- Develop and implement annual business plans and budgets aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor business performance, analyse trends, and recommend corrective measures to ensure target achievement.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion.
2. Sales & Marketing Management
- Oversee sales operations across the showroom and corporate clients to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Supervise marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, interior designers, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
3. Production & Operations Oversight
- Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timely, high-quality manufacturing of furniture products.
- Monitor production schedules, raw material usage, and stock levels to minimize waste and cost overruns.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and continuous improvement in production efficiency.
4. Financial & Administrative Management
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the business unit.
- Work with finance to track expenses, manage cash flow, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and safety standards.
5. Team Leadership &; Development
- Supervise and motivate cross-functional teams including sales, production, logistics, and customer service.
- Set performance targets, conduct appraisals, and provide coaching and mentorship.
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork.
6. Customer Experience & After-Sales Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
- Oversee handling of customer feedback, complaints, and product warranty cases promptly and professionally.
- Support the design and implementation of customer retention programmes.
Technical Skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Education & Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field
Experience: 3 years
Industry Experience: Manufacturing, retail, or furniture/interior design sectors.
