Our client is building a cutting-edge consumer finance platform that makes crypto and AI-powered investing simple, smart, and accessible. They’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to take ownership of user acquisition, brand strategy, and go-to-market activity as they move toward product-market fit.

The Role

You’ll lead a small, high-performing marketing team and define a strategy that transforms visibility into loyal users. You’ll oversee the full growth journey, from awareness and on-boarding to retention and engagement, while shaping a brand that resonates with both crypto enthusiasts and mainstream audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement a scalable growth strategy across multiple digital and community channels
• Plan and deliver campaigns for new features, launches, and partnerships
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create in-app growth loops and optimise conversion paths
• Identify opportunities for user acquisition through collaborations and ecosystem partnerships
• Track performance metrics, analyse data, and continuously improve marketing efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team while remaining hands-on with key growth initiatives

About You

• 7+ years’ experience in marketing and growth for consumer apps, ideally within fintech, crypto, or mobile-first products
• Proven track record of scaling user bases and driving measurable business results
• Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi, or digital finance with a data-driven mindset
• Equally comfortable with creative storytelling and analytical experimentation
• Confident leading teams in a fast-moving, innovative environment
