Role Description:

A leadership role for a skilled software engineer who is also a strong driver of delivery. This person will act as the bridge between clients, business goals, and technical execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a world-class standard.

Your Mission:

• Lead & Deliver: Own software projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
• Code & Guide: Actively contribute to coding while mentoring junior engineers.
• Drive Impact: Be accountable for project outcomes, client satisfaction, and recurring business opportunities.
• Bridge the Gap: Serve as the key link between clients, management, and engineers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Skills Needed:

• Strong PHP/WordPress and JavaScript expertise.
• Solid understanding of API integrations & Database experience.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, Git, CI/CD, and agile practices.
• Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end.
• Leadership skills to mentor developers, review code, and enforce best practices.
• Excellent communication to translate technical work into clear client updates.
• Strong problem-solving skills to manage scope, priorities, and risks.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello.
• A proactive, resourceful approach to balancing coding, leadership, and client engagement.
