On behalf of a fast-growing software company headquartered in Dubai, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead and scale the company’s sales function. This is a full-time remote opportunity, open to candidates across the EMEA region.
About the Role
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and executing a winning sales strategy to drive revenue growth across key markets. You will lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with senior leadership to position the company as a market leader in the software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market efforts and messaging.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships to maximize profitability.
- Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, and forecasting to ensure accurate reporting.
- Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the sales organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role within a software or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in EMEA markets.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience scaling sales operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
