JOB DETAILS:

    • Badili Uganda is seeking energetic and target-driven Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) to join our growing team. The DSR will be responsible for driving sales of Badili refurbished phones by managing and expanding the retail and distributor network, ensuring consistent stock availability, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of Uganda’s mobile phone/electronics market, and the ability to travel within assigned regions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealers/retailers to grow Badili’s market reach.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for refurbished phones.
  • Conduct market visits to promote Badili products and monitor competition.
  • Ensure dealers maintain optimal stock levels and repeat orders.
  • Train dealer teams on Badili products and sales techniques.
  • Resolve dealer concerns (logistics, payments, product issues).
  • Organize trade promotions, incentives, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Submit timely sales reports and ensure adherence to pricing and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (mobile devices/FMCG/distributor management preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of Uganda’s mobile phone/electronics market.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with excellent communication skills.
