JOB DETAILS:

Waiters and Waitresses are responsible for providing a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, present menus, and clearly explain menu items and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meal and address any issues.
• Prepare and present the final bill, process payments.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables after guests leave.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; training is typically provided.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
• Physical stamina to be on your feet and carry trays for extended periods.
