JOB DETAILS:

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) to consistent standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Manage beverage stock and supplies, informing the supervisor when orders are needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar and equipment.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not always required.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for coffee.
