will manage the day-to-day administration Earths Work’s office while providing high-level executive support to the Head of Carbon Development. This dual role ensures the office runs efficiently, all administrative and scheduling functions are managed, and the Head of Carbon Development is supported in coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both operational and executive support responsibilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
