Job Description/Requirements
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asocial media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create engaging content that showcases our software solutions and builds lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create, curate, and post engaging content tailored to different audiences, highlighting our software products and services
- Monitor social media channels and engage with our audience to build a community
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategy and content
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to drive growth and awareness
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests on social media platforms
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online customer engagement
- Creativity in producing content (text, image, and video) that resonates with audiences
- Analytical mindset with experience in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
