We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager and Marketer to manage multiple client accounts and drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness through strategic content and community management. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and has strong experience handling diverse brands across multiple social media platforms.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand each client's brand, target audience, and business objectives.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, strategy meetings, and regular client check-ins.
  • Provide ongoing support and updates to ensure client satisfaction.

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop tailored social media strategies for each client.
  • Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan content around key dates, promotions, and events for clients.

Content Creation & Management

  • Craft and manage engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop multimedia assets.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and tone.

Publishing & Community Management

  • Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
  • Monitor platforms daily for engagement opportunities, comments, and messages.
  • Respond to followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report issues or sensitive feedback to clients promptly.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track platform performance (follower growth, engagement, reach, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly client reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Use analytics to inform future content strategy and direction.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (design, video, copywriting) to meet client deliverables.
  • Ensure a smooth workflow, meet deadlines, and facilitate approval processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and deliverables.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2–3 years managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with social media tools and platforms.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple brands and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write).
  • Experience with influencer collaboration or UGC.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics for social media.
  • Visual content creation (reels, stories, carousels).
