Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Identify and secure buyers for castrates and surplus goats (approx. every 8–12 months). Negotiate fair and competitive prices aligned with Mpigi/central Uganda markets. Build and maintain relationships with butchers, traders, and local livestock markets. Coordinate with farm staff for goat preparation and transport to buyer

- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 2 years

Qualifications
- Experience in livestock sales, goat trade, or agricultural marketing.
- Knowledge of goat husbandry basics (age, weight, health affects pricing).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Luganda and English.
- Must have a good reputation and existing buyer network in Mpigi or central Uganda.
- Honest, reliable, and able to provide references.
