Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Handling customer transactions in buying and selling of foreign currency.
   2. Accurately counting, recording, and balancing cash at the end of each shift.
   3. Providing excellent customer service and responding to client inquiries.
   4. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
   5. Maintaining accurate financial records and transaction documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in cash handling, banking, or financial services (experience in a Forex Bureau is an added advantage).
3. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
