Responsibilities

- Record customer feedback and maintain communication logs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good computer literacy and fast typing skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, calm and customer-first mindset
Nice to have
- Background in customer service or digital retail
- Interest in consumer electronics and tech
- Ability to communicate in more than one language
